BOCO CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit there are no egos, and no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t last here. We are continuously striving to train to become better athletes, and most important better people.
The CrossFit Kids program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development using functional weightlifting exercises. We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment.
The CrossFit Teens program is based off the same principle as our kids program as well as additional strength and conditioning portions. We focus on safe movement and advancing as athletes only when proper technique allows to increase intensity.
